Your AI.
Ready to ride.

AI connections are included with intervl Pro:

• Use your FTP and training focus to personalize workouts.
• Preview and save your assistant’s workouts to your intervl library.
• Review your intervl ride summaries with your assistant.

Your built-in intervl coach is also included with Pro. External AI workout imports don’t use its coach credits.

An active Pro membership is required to connect. Free accounts can’t authorize an assistant or use its workout and ride-summary tools.

If you already have access, sign in with the same intervl account that holds it and retry the connection. A ChatGPT or other assistant subscription is separate from your intervl account.

Disconnecting an assistant does not delete your workouts or ride history. You can disconnect even if your Pro access has ended.
