Custom cycling workouts, in your own words
Describe your available time, training goal, and the kind of ride you want. intervl turns that request into structured intervals you can review and refine before getting on the bike.
About intervl
intervl is an indoor cycling platform that creates custom workouts and guides smart-trainer rides for cyclists and triathletes fitting training around real life.
Tell your coach what you need. Ride the workout. Keep the result alongside the rest of your training.

Pair a compatible Bluetooth trainer and sensors, then follow your workout in the signed Mac app or a supported browser. Keep power, cadence, and heart rate in one ride view when those sensors are connected.
Review completed rides in intervl and upload them to connected Strava or Wahoo accounts. Your indoor session becomes one part of your wider training record—not a reason to move all your sport into one app.
Start with a sentence: “45 minutes, mostly endurance, with a few short efforts.” Your available time and goals shape the workout, so you can make today’s session count without planning an entire season.
Verify your email and create 3 custom workouts without a card; that is a lifetime allowance, not a monthly refill. Those free workouts remain available to ride, while Pro-created workouts require active Pro access.
Pro includes 30 new workouts and 120 coach edits each month for $9/month or $79/year. Keep riding the workouts included in your access without using another creation credit.
Create your workout, ride it on your trainer, and save the result without moving your entire fitness life into a new platform. Upload your ride to Strava or Wahoo, then get back to the rest of your day, your outdoor riding, or your other sports.
intervl is built and run by Kenny, who also uses it for his own indoor training. Feedback goes directly to the person shaping the product—a short path from a rider’s observation to the builder.
Prices are USD, plus applicable tax. Monthly allowances do not roll over; Pro-created workouts require active Pro access. See subscription terms.
For riders who want meaningful training to fit into a full life:
The reason behind the rides
Cycling, triathlon, and endurance training have been an important part of Kenny’s life for a long time. That personal connection is why he cares about technology that helps people keep moving forward—not just collect more numbers.
intervl grew from a tool he had wanted to build for years: a way to turn what a rider needs today into a workout they can actually ride. He builds, tests, and supports the product himself, with rider feedback helping shape what comes next.
Launched in 2026 and operated by Seven Works LLC in Utah, intervl is an independent, founder-led product. The ambition is simple: build technology that helps people keep progressing.
Say hello to KennySet up your account with your FTP, weight, and training goals, then verify your email to unlock your free creations. If you don’t know your FTP, a starter assessment workout gives you a way to establish it.
Describe your time, goals, and the ride you have in mind. Review the workout and refine the intervals before you ride.
Describe a workout, review the intervals, then connect your trainer and sensors. Use the signed Intel or Apple Silicon Mac app, or Chrome/Edge on desktop for browser-based trainer control.
Keep your recap in intervl and upload to supported connected apps. For product help and feedback, email hello@intervl.cc; you’ll be talking to Kenny, the person building intervl.
intervl is an indoor cycling platform for creating custom workouts from a natural-language request, riding them on a compatible smart trainer, and saving the results. Describe what you need, then take it from the prompt to the pedals.
An accurate FTP helps set appropriate power targets, but you can start without already knowing it. New accounts include an FTP assessment workout; it is a hard effort, not a casual introductory ride.
No universal compatibility is promised: resistance control requires supported Bluetooth FTMS, and ANT+ or proprietary-only control is not supported. Check the compatibility guide before starting; separate compatible power, cadence, and heart-rate sensors can fill those roles.
You can plan workouts and view recaps in a browser, but iPhone and iPad browsers do not support our trainer-control flow. Ride using the Mac app or a supported desktop browser; native iOS, Android, and Windows apps are not available yet.
Connect a supported account and upload completed rides. New Strava connections have limited availability during rollout; you can ride and export your files without connecting Strava. Exported route data can depend on the route source and provider permissions, so not every destination receives identical map data.
No: the in-app coach generates workouts using language-model technology, not a dedicated human coach. Kenny provides product support; review suggested workouts against your abilities and circumstances before riding.
Your free-created workouts and completed ride history remain available. Pro-created workouts stay in your library but require active Pro access to ride or edit; see the full terms.
